Fashion E-Commerce Operations Intern

We are looking for a E-Commerce Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our online fashion business during a maternity cover period. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, digital marketing, and e-commerce, and is keen to gain real-world experience in a growing fashion brand.

You will work closely with the team to support product launches, website updates, content coordination, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with uploading new products to the e-commerce website, including product names, descriptions, sizing details and pricing
• Write clear and engaging product descriptions with basic SEO optimisation
• Coordinate photoshoot schedules with models, photographers, and the internal team
• Support communication and follow-ups with suppliers on samples, timelines, and production updates
• Help monitor inventory accuracy and product availability on the website
• Assist in digital marketing on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, including content creation
• Prepare email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content
• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to commit to a period of at least 5 months, starting from Sep/Oct 2026
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in fashion e-commerce and digital marketing
• Good written English and attention to detail
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using digital tools and willing to learn e-commerce platforms
• Basic knowledge of Canva, social media, or email marketing platforms is a plus
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
