There will be 3 delivery attempts, failing which the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you with regards to re-delivery and customers will bear the full re-shipping cost for us to resend the order to you.

Bounced Mails / Undeliverable Mails

Orders may be undeliverable or returned to us due to any of the following reasons:
1. SG orders uncollected from the post office after 10 working days from the delivery attempt
2. SG orders undeliverable after 3 delivery attempts by courier provider
3. International orders uncollected from the delivery service provider after failed delivery attempts or refusal to pay customs/import taxes
4. An incorrect or incomplete mailing address has been provided

We will not be liable for any lost mails due to any of the above reasons.

If orders are returned to us, we will contact you with regards to re-delivery and customers will bear the full re-shipping cost for us to resend the order to you.

Undeliverable international orders sent via courier may be destroyed at the destination country after failed delivery attempts and if customers do not contact the courier to arrange for redelivery. In such cases, we will not be liable for any losses, as it is the buyers' responsibility to contact the courier company and ample notification lead time would have been given.
