FAQ on Delivery
Can I request for delivery at specific timeslot?
We are unable to specify the time of delivery. For courier deliveries, the delivery times are Mon-Sat 9am-9pm, excluding public holidays.
I missed the delivery attempt. What should I do?
No worries! There will be 3 delivery attempts, failing which the package will be returned to us.
We will then contact you with regards to re-delivery. Customers will bear the full re-shipping cost for us to resend the order to you.
Can I self collect my order?
Self collection is not available. All orders are sent via courier or SingPost.
How can I track my order?
Once we've dispatched your order to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order.
You can then track the delivery status using the tracking links provided for your shipping option above.
I have entered an incorrect shipping address, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately after you've placed your order for assistance. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will assist in amending your shipping address.
However, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to change the shipping address.
Mails may be returned to us if an incorrect/incomplete mailing address has been provided. In such cases, customers will bear the reshipping cost for us to resend the package to you.
Can you deliver to PO boxes?
Please provide a valid physical address. Courier does not deliver to P.O boxes and the following locations including (but not limited to) Sentosa, Jurong Island, ports, airport. You will be contacted for an alternate shipping address should your address fall under the above-mentioned locations.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
For international deliveries outside of Singapore, please be aware that import duties, taxes and charges in the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customers' responsibility. Customs policies vary from country to country and we have no control over these charges.

What happens to bounced mails or undeliverable mails?
Orders may be undeliverable or returned to us due to the following reasons. We will not be liable for any lost mails in such cases:
- Orders undeliverable after 3 delivery attempts by courier provider
- An incorrect or incomplete mailing address provided
- International orders uncollected from the delivery service provider after failed delivery attempts or refusal to pay customs/import taxes
If orders are returned to us, we will contact you with regards to re-delivery and customers will bear the full re-shipping cost for us to resend the order to you.
Undeliverable international orders may be destroyed at the destination country after failed delivery attempts and if customers do not contact the delivery service provider to arrange for redelivery. In such cases, we will not be liable for any losses, as it is the buyers' responsibility to contact the courier company and ample notification lead time would have been given.
