What are my shipping options? Do you ship internationally? 

General Shipping Information

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout. Fully paid orders will be mailed out using Singapore Post within 2 working days (Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays).

Alyssandra shall not be responsible for products lost or damaged during the shipping process.

Singapore Customers 

Normal Mail
Enjoy free normal shipping within Singapore. Allow for 3-10 working days for normal mails to reach you.
Normal mails are non-insured and their status cannot be tracked. Customers will bear the risk of lost mail. Alyssandra shall not be responsible for any lost normal mail.

Registered Mail
You are strongly encouraged to opt for registered mail so you can track the status of your packages. A charge of S$2.50 will be added to your final bill for every package. Enjoy free registered mail when you spend above S$60 in a single order. Orders above 2kg will be shipped using SingPost Speedpost. Allow for 1-3 working days for registered mail to reach you.

You can track the status of your Speedpost mail here using the tracking number provided. Registered mails will be delivered directly to your doorsteps. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you can reschedule the delivery with SingPost.

Malaysia/Brunei Customers 

Orders will be sent via SingPost's registered overseas airmail. A flat rate of S$2.00 will be charged per item. An additional handling fee of S$2.20 per order will also be charged. Customs/import taxes will be borne by the customer.

International Customers 

Shipping charges based on SingPost's registered overseas airmail will apply. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight of your order during checkout. The average weight of a dress and a bottom/top is 400g and 350g respectively. Customs/import taxes will be borne by the customer.
