How to Order

Ready to place your order? Follow these easy steps and your order will be right on its way.

1. Sign up or log into your account.

New customer:
You can choose to sign up for an account or checkout as a guest. We encourage you to register for an account to store your address for faster future checkouts and to track your order history easily. If you wish to checkout as guest, skip to step 2.

2. Add items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

3. Ready to checkout? Go to your shopping cart and click on “Proceed to Checkout”.

4. Fill in your details and shipping address.

5. Select your shipping option.

6. Select your payment method.

Bank Transfers:

We accept bank transfers to the following banks in Singapore:
DBS Bank Ltd, United Overseas Bank Limited & Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited

MasterCard, Visa, PayPal
:
You can make payment via your debit/credit card or PayPal.
Transaction fees are fully absorbed by us. Shop with a peace of mind as all payments done via PayPal are secured.
A PayPal account is not necessary for credit card payments. Simply choose the option "Don't have a PayPal account" at PayPal's payment gateway.
After successfully making payment, you will arrive at the PayPal page "Thanks for your order". Please choose to "Return to ALYSSANDRA" to complete your order. Otherwise, your order may not be processed.
Orders paid via PayPal/credit card may be shipped 1 working day later vs. Bank Transfer to allow for PayPal processing time.

7. That's all! You'll receive an order confirmation email from us. Now you can sit back and await the arrival of your order.

Your order status will now be
"Awaiting Fulfillment",
pending our shipment of your order.

Bank Transfers: 
Your order status will now be "Awaiting Payment".
Please make full payment within 24 hours to secure your order. Reply to the email with the requested details of your payment. 
Once your payment has been verified, your order status will be changed to "Awaiting Fulfillment", pending our shipment of your order.

If you wish to change your order or payment mode, please contact us

8. Once your order has been mailed out, your order status will be changed to "Shipped".
