We strive to dispatch your order as soon as we can. Your order will be packed and dispatched to the delivery service provider within 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays). After which, the time taken for your order to reach you will be dependent on the shipping method chosen.

*Information regarding courier deliveries

  • Courier pickup days: Mon-Sat, excluding public holidays.
  • Courier delivery days: Mon-Fri 9am-9pm Sat 9am-2pm, excluding public holidays.
  • There will be 3 delivery attempts, failing which the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you with regards to re-delivery and customers will bear the full re-shipping cost for us to resend the order to you.
  • Please provide a valid physical address. Courier does not deliver to P.O boxes and the following locations including (but not limited to) Sentosa, Jurong Island, ports, airport. You will be contacted for an alternate shipping address should your address fall under the above-mentioned locations.




Bounced Mails / Undeliverable Mails

Orders may be undeliverable or returned to us due to the following reasons. We will not be liable for any lost mails in such cases:

  • Orders uncollected from the post office after 10 working days from the delivery attempt
  • Orders undeliverable after 3 delivery attempts by courier provider
  • An incorrect or incomplete mailing address provided
  • International orders uncollected from the delivery service provider after failed delivery attempts or refusal to pay customs/import taxes

If orders are returned to us, we will contact you with regards to re-delivery and customers will bear the full re-shipping cost for us to resend the order to you.

Undeliverable international orders may be destroyed at the destination country after failed delivery attempts and if customers do not contact the delivery service provider to arrange for redelivery. In such cases, we will not be liable for any losses, as it is the buyers' responsibility to contact the courier company and ample notification lead time would have been given.
