Exchanges & Returns

I love your clothes but I'm unsure of the sizing. Can I do a size exchange if the item does not fit me?

We want you to be truly satisfied with your shopping experience with us.
We are proud to be one of the few online stores to offer you size exchanges at no extra fees.

If your purchase does not fit you well, simply contact us
with your request for size exchange within 10 working days from the date of mailing.


Terms & Conditions
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Items must be returned brand new with tag intact in original packaging, unworn and unwashed. All included accessories must be returned brand new.
- Size ex
change is available for the same design only, and does not apply to change of design. Exchange is allowed only once per order. Returns are strictly not accepted, unless item is defective. Strictly no cash refund will be done. No refund will be given on shipping cost. Alyssandra reserves all rights to turn down returns and exchanges that do not fulfill the terms.
- It is customers' responsibility to ensure that we receive the item safely, hence we require customers to return items to us via registered mail. Please indicate your name and order number on the return mail to facilitate the adminstrative process. No meetup request will be entertained.
- Singapore customers will bear the registered shipping cost of the return mail to us. Alyssandra will absorb the normal shipping cost of the new exchange piece to you. International customers will bear registered shipping costs both ways.
- The entire process of exchange may take around 5-15 working days from the day you've sent back the item to us.

Return of Defective Item

We take pride in the quality of our products.During packing, we perform general checks on the zips and fabric. However in the unlikely event that you've received an unsatisfactory product, please accept our sincere apologies and we would offer you an one-for-one exchange. If the design is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.
  
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us with your order number, product name and brief description of defects, within 10 working days from the date of mailing.

Terms & Conditions
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Returns are accepted strictly for defective items that are unworn and unwashed. Alyssandra will not be responsible for damages caused by mishandling of garments during washing. Refer to our Laundry Care section on how best to preserve your clothings.
- Loose threads and removable stains will not be considered as defects.
- During the mass manufacturing process, there may be around 0.5” differences between the item's actual size and our stated measurements. Such variances will not be considered as defects.
- Alyssandra will bear the shipping cost of returns of defective item within Singapore. International customers will bear registered shipping costs both ways.

Alyssandra reserves all rights to turn down exchanges and returns.
